Before she was an officially recognized CalHFA Lending Hero, Colleen sat on the other side of the curtain — as a mortgage underwriter. She knows exactly how files are read, where the hidden doors are, and which programs to stack to turn a "not yet" into a "yes."
She brought that mind to lending, became one of the most decorated DPA originators in California, and now runs The Brandon Drew Group day-to-day as Branch Manager. With over 1,000 DPA loans closed and an average DPA close of just 21 days, Colleen is still the loan officer borrowers come back to when other lenders say no.
Robert Olivas
Born and raised in East LA, Robert built his career the old-school way — face-to-face, handshake by handshake, family by family. Since 1988, he's been the guy who picks up the phone at 9 PM, who shows up to closing with stories instead of small talk, who treats every borrower like a relative.
As Regional Manager, Robert oversees the region and the relationships. He's the reason the realtors, escrow officers, and processing partners we work with daily have been working with us for ten, fifteen, twenty years — that trust closes deals other lenders can't.
